Bridge Saw Machine
Huayi Intelligent HYNC560PLUS is an industry-standard 5+1 axis multi-functional bridge saw machine. The whole machine adopts an integrated cast beam, featuring a high-rigidity and heavy-duty structure. The machine body is stable, not easy to deform during long-term operation, ensuring high-precision continuous processing.
Integrating the dual functions of 5-axis bridge saw cutting and independent carving tool, the equipment covers the entire stone processing process with one machine:
1. The 5-axis system supports 360° rotation of the machine head, which can complete the cutting of complex contours such as arcs, polygons and special shapes; the saw blade can realize 0°–90° free beveling, and cooperate with the high-precision lifting of the machine head to achieve three-dimensional grooving, edge trimming, profiling and other processing; the spindle can be equipped with auxiliary tools such as drills and digging wheels to complete drilling, basin hole digging and other processes.
2. The independent carving tool head focuses on flat relief processing, and can also work with the saw blade to quickly complete the cutting and special-shaped forming of countertop basin holes.
HYNC560PLUS Bridge saw machine realizes the integration of cutting, beveling, edge trimming, drilling, relief carving and basin hole processing, meeting the full-process production needs in one stop. It significantly shortens processing time, saves site occupation and reduces equipment investment.
