Product Introduction
The HYCN-500L 5 axis cnc stone machine is an automatic stone cutting line equipped with an Italian ESA control system.
It realizes full automation and intelligent operation from automatic slab loading, automatic cutting to automatic unloading.
Once one slab is cut and delivered to the unloading area, the next slab will immediately enter processing, greatly improving production efficiency.
With 5-axis linkage, it supports various cutting modes, including straight cutting, bevel cutting, polygonal cutting, arc cutting, circular cutting and special-shaped cutting.
Application Fields
It can process marble, granite, sintered stone, quartz stone, artificial stone and other materials.
Main finished products include kitchen and bathroom countertops, standard size slabs, paving stones, feature walls and more.
Main Functions
* The cutting head can rotate ±185° to complete various special-shaped cutting.
* The saw blade supports 0-90° arbitrary bevel cutting for stone chamfer processing.
* Equipped with automatic slab loading function, no manual intervention is required for higher efficiency.
* The worktable is equipped with a belt conveying function, which automatically transports slabs to the unloading area after cutting.
* With the camera shooting function, it captures slab images to optimize and arrange cutting paths.
