Key Features & Advantages
The input end of the machine is equipped with high-precision photoelectric sensors that automatically scan the outer profile and shape of incoming stone slabs. The structural signals are transmitted to the central PLC unit in real-time, allowing intelligent control over the precise lifting and lowering of individual polishing heads. This prevents idle grinding, protects slab edges from chipping, and minimizes abrasive consumption.
The system features an integrated PLC control unit paired with a 10-inch color touch-screen display. Operators can easily configure processing parameters, including beam oscillation speed, conveyor belt speed, and polishing head pressure. Each individual polishing head is equipped with its own control panel and automatic fault diagnostic system, ensuring safe and simplified operations.
The optimized V-belt drive transmission reduces power loss commonly found in traditional mechanical systems, extending the operational life of the motors. With standard spindle motor options of 7.5 kW or 15 kW and lightweight resin polishing discs, the machine delivers powerful grinding torque while maintaining low overall energy consumption.
An automated central lubrication management system pumps precise amounts of lubricant to all sliding bearings, rotating spindles, and guide rails at preset intervals. This continuous maintenance-free lubrication guarantees smooth mechanical performance and significantly reduces routine downtime.
The slab transport system is driven by high-precision planetary reducers to ensure smooth and stable movement. The conveyor assembly uses a premium, high-strength thickened belt equipped with an automatic belt-cleaning and stone-debris removal mechanism, preventing slab slippage and ensuring precise tracking during continuous operations.
