Product Introduction
The Huayi HYNC400J stone CNC bridge saw is a combined machine integrating 5-axis CNC saw and 3-axis waterjet cutting system. It is equipped with an Italian ESA control system, suitable for processing marble, granite, sintered stone, quartz stone, artificial stone, ceramics, metals and composite materials.
Fitted with a 21.8-inch display screen, the machine adopts an integral cast iron beam with high structural rigidity. The cutting head runs stably and is resistant to deformation after long-term operation, effectively extending the overall service life of the equipment.
Main Functions
* Camera shooting function: Capture slab graphics and optimize the layout of cutting paths.
* 5-axis bridge saw:
The cutting head can rotate 360° to cut polygons, arcs, circles, sectors and special shapes.
The saw blade supports 0°–90° chamfer cutting.
* 3-axis waterjet: Realize rapid hollowing cutting and edge trimming.
