Marble And Granite Bridge Saw

Infrared 1200-type stone cutting machine is a 3-axis medium-sized bridge saw for cutting marble and granite. It is equipped with saw blades ranging from 600 mm to 1200 mm in diameter, capable of cutting stone materials with a thickness of approximately 450 mm. The worktable adopts a specification of 3200 mm × 2000 mm and can rotate by 90°, enabling cutting operations in both X-axis and Y-axis directions. It is mainly used for cutting stone products such as exterior wall dry-hanging panels, floor paving slabs, window sills, door thresholds, curb stones and tomb stones.

The worktable of this marble and granite bridge saw can tilt by 85°, facilitating material loading and unloading of slabs. Equipped with infrared positioning cutting technology, the machine delivers high cutting precision. Adopting PLC system control, it supports both fully automatic cutting and manual cutting modes. It not only ensures high efficiency of automated production, but also allows manual operation to meet customized processing requirements.
