Huayi automatic 5-axis CNC bridge saw is equipped with an Italian ESA control system, as well as camera positioning and vacuum suction functions.
It is widely suitable for processing kitchen and bathroom countertops, basin cutouts, feature walls, standard slabs, floor tiles, wall dry-hanging materials and more.
The machine adopts an integral cast iron beam with stable structure, high rigidity and low vibration, ensuring non-deformation after long-term operation.
Fitted with a 21.8-inch display screen, it supports CAD/CAM editing.
This equipment is available with one unit minimum order and can be exported to global markets.
Main Functions
* The cutting head can rotate 360°, realizing straight cutting, bevel cutting, polygonal cutting, arc cutting and other processing.
* The saw blade enables chamfer cutting at any angle from 0° to 90°.
* Camera shooting function captures slab graphics to arrange cutting paths and reduce material loss.
* The worktable tilts up to 85°.
* Equipped with an independent electric spindle for milling, drilling, engraving and other working processes.
